The hotel’s spa experience was abysmal. Upon arrival, my son and I were treated rudely just for not knowing the uncommunicated spa rules. It was embarrassing to be yelled at in front of other guests, especially considering we were trying our best to follow the 'family-friendly' environment they advertised. Additionally, our check-in experience was frustrating with no assistance in making our stay comfortable or enjoyable.

The kids' corner was a disaster area.

Had a lovely time at Kempinski Gravenbruch. The staff radiated warmth, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread impressed us, while the serene surroundings offered a much-needed escape. A bit of confusion about spa access, but overall, a very pleasant experience.
